Our office is located in Miami, Florida and we operate warehouses in Ontario, California, Miami, Florida, and Vancouver, British Columbia.
Our products are available to purchase at every major home improvement retailer as well as showrooms throughout North America. Please visit the Where To Buy page for further information.
We do not sell directly to end users. Please visit our Where To Buy page for a list of our authorized retailers.
All LAZZUR fixtures are either UL listed or ETL listed. Both marks have authority of product compliance with safety and technical standards throughout North America. Please check the specific product listing for further details.
We do not allow for orders to be picked up at our warehouse.
Returns & Parts
We’re sorry to hear that you are missing parts. Please send us an email to support@lazzur.com with your order number, retailer of purchase, as well as a description of the parts missing.
We do not sell electrical components. We only provide spare parts for our lighting fixtures. For any other electrical components, such as junction box, etc., please visit your local hardware store.

A dry location means that the fixture is rated to be installed in a dry environment. A damp location means that the fixture is rated to be able to withstand moisture and humidity.
Product Information
Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, lightbulbs are NOT included with the purchase of a LAZZUR lighting fixture.
Yes, you can use lightbulbs that are less than the maximum wattage.
LED lightbulbs are able to be used instead of incandescent lightbulbs. Do NOT mix and match lightbulbs in the same fixture (i.e. using both LED and incandescent) as this can damage the fixture.
We offer a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty on all of our lighting fixtures.
No, you do not have to register your warranty. Please make sure to keep your receipt or order number as well as the retailer of purchase to provide proof of purchase if making a warranty request.
Installation
Installation manuals are included with the product and can also be found on the product detail page. If you are unable to find the installation manual, please send an email to support@lazzur.com and we can send a PDF copy.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates as they vary depending not only on the retailer, but also the carrier. Usually, the item will ship via FedEx or UPS and will take anywhere from 3-7 business days to deliver once the item leaves the warehouse.
